Lease Terms

Lease Term Start Date: 07/01/2024 End Date: 06/30/2025 Renewal Terms Tenants must provide written notice to the Landlord of their intention to renew or extend the Lease Agreement no later than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the current lease term. Landlord's Acceptance Renewal or extension of this Lease Agreement is subject to the Landlord's written acceptance, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Landlord shall respond to the Tenant's renewal or extension request within thirty (30) days of receipt. Terms and Conditions Rental Rate: The rental rate for the renewal or extension period shall be adjusted based on the current market rate but shall not exceed an 8% increase of the current rental rate. Lease Term: The duration of the renewal or extension period shall be 12 months. Other Terms: All other terms and conditions of this Lease Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the renewal or extension period, except as modified in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Inspection and Repairs: Prior to the commencement of the renewal or extension period, the Landlord reserves the right to inspect the premises and require the Tenant to make any necessary repairs at the Tenant's expense to maintain the property in a condition consistent with the terms of the Lease Agreement.
